The PGPTR product is unique and created for the athlete by the athlete. Our line is a movement to support women in sports. For every $100 profited, we invest $25 into girls sporting events. Our investment makes a bold statement: GIRLS ARE WORTH IT!

PRETTY GIRLS PTR EVENTS
PGPTR events' include Basketball Skill Development Programs, Strength & Conditioning Training, Girls' Empowerment Workshops, ACT Prep Seminars. Our skill development programs provide athletes’ a platform to cultivate their fundamentals, techniques and abilities. Pretty Girls PTR also consults coordinates promotes partners and/ or sponsors events that encourage, empower and uplift female athletes.
7 Sundays: Ballhandling Bootcamp
A PGPTR Trainer or PGPTR Host Coach will take you through a phenomenal PGPTR workout each Sunday. The sessions will last 60 minutes. (3:00-4:00pm). The workouts will be every Sunday for 7 Sundays. This series will engage, enrich and educate an up and coming basketball rockstar. Workouts will mimic college style pre-season workouts. Each session will help improve Basketball IQ, develop leadership skills and add value to your game. If the participant comes consistently and is open to the information she will improve. Workouts will be at New Life Church 1156 N Oliver. We offer a 7 Sundays Bundles Package which includes all seven sessions. For team rates please contact us at email@example.com.
PGPTR Ladies' League
This League was developed for the elite athlete ages 16 & Up. To continue to grow as a competitor is important that you are amongst the greats to be great. The PGPTR League consist of 6-week league play,
and a double elimination tournament to crown a League Champion. All registered teams must have at least 8 players with a maximum of 10.
All league games will be played on Sundays at 5:30, 6:30, or 7:30pm. PGPTR Championship Tournament will be Sunday, May 22, 2022.

Our Skill Development Events are designed to improve each individual athlete’s skill set, fundamentals and Basketball I.Q. Workouts are tailored-made for each athlete.
Pretty Girls PTR wants to help each athlete recognize their strengths and improve their weaknesses. Our development programs will also, allow each athlete an opportunity to work at their own pace. During the short pre-season in middle school and high school, coaches’ have 2.5 weeks to prepare their teams for their actual season. With developing team chemistry and learning new offenses and defenses this leaves little time for individualize improvement. However, at the Pretty Girls PTR Events, our goal is to help ALL participants become more productive and play at a high skill level by focusing on the mastery of techniques of efficiency and explosiveness of each individual.
Strength & Conditioning Training
The Strength & Conditioning Training Events specializes in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction. This will build balance, agility, speed, endurance, and strength. Strength Conditioning & Training will provide improvement in overall health and well-being. Including increase bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength, toughness, improved joint function, improve cardiac function and reduced potential for injury. Strength & Conditioning Training is essential to the athlete’s health, longevity, and durability.
